Crossing Ski Retreat

This years Winter Ski Retreat is scheduled for January 13-15. Lodging will be at the Kalahari Resort with skiing being held at Cascade Mountain.

Kalahari offers the only indoor Flowrider in the USA. There are activity pools, 5 whirlpools, a Lazy Torrent River, water slides, an indoor wave pool, and the Animal Kingdom.

Cascade offers 34 trails, 10 lifts, snowtubing, and night skiing.

Cost for the weekend will be $100 which will include all resort activities, skiing, food and transportation.

Pumpkin Patch 2005

The pumpkins will arrive on Saturday, October 15, at 9:00 a.m. I will let you know if things have changed when the date gets closer. The patch will open Sunday, October 16, at 10:30 a.m. and will close at sundown. We will have the patchopen until October 31 from 10:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m.

A parents meeting will be scheduled for October 9 to go over the schedule and the responsibilities.

Northern Illinois District Youth Gathering

This is an opportunity for high school youth in the Northern Illinois District to gather together for a weekend of fellowship, learning and growing. This weekend will be filled with opportunities to grow in our faith, share the gifts God has given us in service to others, for learning, for worship and for fun.
The weekend will include Bible Study, singing, a talent show and servant event.

Cost for the weekend (all inclusive) is $75 by September 15 or $100 after September 15. Look for information in a mailing.
